Oh yeah Oreo!

Happy 101st Birthday to Oreo! I'm a total sucker for anything Oreo. And I mean anything. The first thing I had to have at my first Bloomsburg Fair experience last year was a fried Oreo and it was all I dreamed it would be.

So to celebrate National Oreo Day here is a delicious recipe for an Oreo Cookie Shot for the end of your work day.

Rim shot glass with Kahlua coffee liqueur.
Dip glass into crushed Oreos to coat rim.
Layer in equal parts from bottom to top:
1 part Kahlua coffee liqueur
1 part creme de cacao
1 part Bailey's Irish Cream
Splash of vodka on top

And throw it back like an Oreo-loving champ! :)
